Today I had my first online appointment with Simone, who came highly recommended by an acquaintance—and I wasn’t disappointed.
I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and helpful the entire process was. The video consultation started on time, and Simone took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. Despite it being a virtual appointment, she was able to assess my foot issue through clear guidance and video.
She explained everything thoroughly, gave step-by-step home care advice, and followed up quickly with written instructions via email, which made it easy to remember.
The virtual appointment was incredibly convenient, especially since I was on holiday in France and couldn’t attend an in-person clinic.
I’m looking forward to meeting Simone in person for my assessment in two weeks’ time.

Couldn't be happier! I booked a medical footlift fory uncle who has been suffering with foot pain due to flat feet and ingrowing nails and to say a miracle was performed today would be an understatement. He left buzzing! and he hasn't stopped talking about the appointment since. Simone is a miracle worker, she explained everything, the whole process, what she was using, why she was using it and how it would benefit him. Had an amazing experience with the podiatrist here. I got the footlift with laser to help reduce swelling and clean the joints. She also gave me some great exercises for ankle and foot stability. It's been roughly 6 weeks and I can still see the affects of the pedicure!! 10/10 would recommend <3

I have come in for The Footlift and I must say I am impressed with the service. I had 3 corns that were removed, a nail that was ingrown and also a thickened nail. ALL OF THESE HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. This is my second visit and I am booked in for the third.
